1. Product Description
The Continuous Rotary Dryer for High Moisture Coal is a specialized uninterrupted drying equipment designed for high-moisture coal materials such as raw coal, coal slime and fine coal with high water content. High-moisture coal features strong viscosity and high tendency to agglomerate, which easily causes blockage and unstable production in intermittent drying equipment. This continuous rotary dryer adopts continuous feeding and discharging structure, customized anti-sticking lifting plates, stable heating system and real-time monitoring module. It can continuously and steadily remove a large amount of surface and internal moisture of high-moisture coal without shutdown intervals, maintain consistent moisture of finished coal, and support 24-hour unattended continuous operation. It is suitable for coal washing plants and coal deep processing lines that need long-term stable treatment of high-moisture coal.
2. Working Principle
This continuous rotary dryer for high moisture coal adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and non-stop continuous dehydration principle. High-moisture coal is continuously and quantitatively conveyed into the rotary drum through the feeding system. The specially designed anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift, overturn and scatter the coal to prevent wall adhesion and caking, forming a uniform material curtain to realize sufficient contact between coal particles and hot air. Stable hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum for progressive heat exchange, gradually evaporating excess moisture within a safe temperature range to avoid coal spontaneous combustion. The PLC automatic system continuously monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet coal moisture, and dynamically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to keep stable drying indicators all the time. Waste gas and coal dust generated in the process are collected and processed by a sealed dust removal system to meet environmental standards. Qualified dry coal is continuously and evenly discharged to match the continuous rhythm of the whole coal production line.
