1. Product Description
The Industrial Rotary Dryer for Coal Drying Plant is a professional large-scale drying equipment specially developed for coal processing plants, applicable to raw coal, coal slime, fine coal and other coal materials. High-moisture coal is easy to stick and agglomerate during processing, which will block conveying equipment, reduce combustion efficiency and affect the quality of coal products. This rotary dryer adopts heavy-duty anti-sticking cylinder structure, high-temperature resistant lifting plates, stable heating system and intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously and efficiently remove surface and internal moisture of coal materials under safe working conditions, keep uniform moisture of discharged coal, and adapt to long-time continuous operation of coal drying production lines. It is the core supporting equipment for coal washing plants, thermal power plants and coal deep processing projects.
2. Working Principle
This coal dedicated rotary dryer adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and anti-adhesion continuous dehydration principle. Wet coal is continuously and quantitatively sent into the rotary cylinder through the feeding system. The specially designed anti-sticking lifting plates lift, turn over and scatter coal materials repeatedly to prevent coal from adhering to the cylinder wall and form a uniform material curtain, so that coal particles can fully contact with hot air. Stable hot air flows in countercurrent inside the cylinder for progressive heat exchange, which gradually evaporates the moisture contained in coal within the controllable temperature range without causing spontaneous combustion risk of coal. The PLC intelligent system monitors the outlet moisture, cylinder temperature and air volume in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to ensure stable drying effect. Waste gas and coal dust generated in the drying process are treated by sealed dust collection equipment to meet environmental protection emission standards. After drying, qualified dry coal is stably discharged and delivered to the next process.
