1. Product Description
The Complete Rotary Coal Drying System for Coal Processing Plant is an integrated turnkey drying solution customized for coal washing plants, coal preparation plants and coal deep processing enterprises. The whole system consists of feeding conveyor, rotary drum dryer, heating unit, waste gas dedusting and purification equipment, PLC automatic control cabinet, finished coal conveying device and auxiliary pipelines. It is applicable for continuous drying of raw coal, fine coal, coal slime and lignite. The integrated system realizes automatic operation from wet coal feeding, thermal drying, dust collection to dry coal discharging. Compared with single dryer equipment, the whole set features coordinated operation of all modules, stable outlet moisture, high safety and convenient centralized management. It is ideal for newly-built coal processing lines or technical renovation of existing coal plants.
2. Working Principle
This complete rotary coal drying system adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and centralized intelligent control principle. Wet coal raw material is quantitatively and continuously delivered into the rotary drum dryer through the feeding system. Inside the drum, anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift and scatter coal materials to break agglomerates and form a uniform material curtain, enabling sufficient contact between coal particles and hot air. The heating system provides controllable hot air which flows countercurrently for progressive heat exchange to evaporate moisture safely and prevent coal spontaneous combustion. Multiple sensors collect real-time data of material moisture, drum temperature and exhaust parameters and transmit signals to the central PLC cabinet, which automatically adjusts feeding rate, heat supply and air volume. Waste gas and coal dust are treated by the sealed purification system to meet emission standards. Qualified dry coal is continuously transported to the finished product area to finish the full drying workflow.
