1 Product Overview
Ultra-precision Oil Purifier is a mobile submicron pressure deep filtration equipment developed for high-end precision hydraulic and lubrication systems.Contaminated oil is delivered by low-pulse gear pump and sequentially passes inlet strainer, pre-filter and multi-stage ultra-precision polishing modules. Multi-layer gradient glass fiber media captures submicron particles, soft gum and carbon black which ordinary filter equipment cannot intercept, steadily maintaining oil at ultra-high cleanliness level.

3 Working Principle
Primary Coarse Interception & Pump Protection StageRaw oil passes inlet metal strainer to capture large debris and prevent hard particles from damaging gear pump and downstream fine elements.
Pre-Filtration Buffer StageOil enters pre-filter unit to trap medium-sized contaminants, reduce load and extend service life of ultra-precision main elements.
Submicron Ultra-precision Polishing StageOil flows into serial polishing vessels. Gradient-density composite media (loose outside, dense inside) forms progressive interception channels to capture micron and submicron particles, gum and carbon black layer by layer. Clean oil discharges for tank circulation.Contaminant accumulation raises differential pressure and triggers alarm at preset threshold. Built-in bypass opens automatically to avoid flow interruption when elements are severely clogged.
Note: Standard version removes solid particles only. Adsorption or pre-coalescing module can be added for emulsified & free water removal.

6 Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance Specification
Place unit on flat ground and lock casters. Keep suction hose away from tank bottom sediment.Vent all air before initial startup and verify stable pressure during no-load trial run.Monitor differential pressure continuously. Replace full set of polishing elements immediately after alarm trigger; avoid long-term bypass operation which reduces cleanliness.Cut power and fully depressurize before element replacement. Clean sealing surface and inspect O-rings.Thoroughly flush piping and vessel before switching different oil grades to prevent cross-contamination.Drain residual oil and clean internal sediment before long shutdown.
