TAISEI KOGYO is a well-known Japanese hydraulic filtration manufacturer. The complete system includes hydraulic filter housings and matched pleated filter elements.Fluid flows through filter elements inside the housing to capture metal wear debris, rubber particles and solid contaminants, steadily maintaining system oil cleanliness and protecting hydraulic pumps, valve manifolds, cylinders and precision components.We supply fully interchangeable replacement filter elements and complete filter housings. Multiple media including paper, glass fiber, stainless steel mesh and notch wire are available, covering suction line, pressure line, return line and offline bypass filtration. Widely adopted for localization retrofitting of imported equipment and OEM supporting.

3 Working Principle
Hydraulic fluid enters filter housing and flows inside-out through filter media. Large particles are trapped by outer layers, fine particles captured by inner fine media.Clean fluid flows downstream into hydraulic circuit. Differential pressure rises gradually as contaminants accumulate.Optional visual indicator or electric DP switch triggers clogging alarm. Built-in bypass valve opens automatically when element is fully blocked to avoid circuit shutdown.
Note: Standard elements only remove solid particles. Water-absorbing adsorption elements are optional for free water removal. No demulsification capability; coalescing oil purifier is required for heavily emulsified oil.

6 Installation & Maintenance Specification
Filters can be mounted horizontally or vertically; fluid flow direction must follow housing marking.Regularly monitor DP indicator. Replace element once differential pressure reaches rated value.Shut down and release pressure before element replacement. Clean internal contaminants and inspect O-rings.Stainless steel mesh & notch wire elements can be reused after cleaning without damage; glass fiber and paper elements are disposable, not washable.Fully flush filter housing before switching different oil types to avoid cross contamination.
