ZCQF cyclone steam‑water separator is a vertical gas‑liquid separation device adopting five‑stage composite separation principle including speed reduction, centrifugation, impingement, flow diversion and coalescence. It is widely applied in steam pipelines, compressed‑air pipelines and vacuum systems to remove entrained liquid water, oil droplets and solid particles from gas flow The medium enters tangentially and generates cyclone flow inside the chamber. Liquid droplets are thrown onto shell wall by centrifugal force, converge and sink downwards, then drained from bottom drain port matched with steam trap or automatic drainer, while dry gas flows out from upper outlet. The shell is available in carbon steel Q235, 304 / 316L stainless steel with flanged connection. Nominal pressure ranges from 1.6‑2.5 MPa, pressure drop ≤0.002 MPa, liquid‑water separation efficiency reaches 99 %, capable of separating droplets ≥5 μm. Port size covers DN15‑DN1000. It supports pipeline mounting and suspension installation. Without internal filter cartridge, no consumable replacement is required. It serves power‑plant steam, air‑compressor compressed air, mine pressurized air, chemical industry and vacuum equipment. Custom pressure, material and size are available upon request.
