Vertical self‑cleaning filter is a vertical‑mount fully‑automatic brush‑type on‑line filtration equipment. It consists of housing, stainless‑steel wedge‑shaped screen, electric brush assembly, drive motor, PLC control box, differential‑pressure controller and electric drain valve. Fluid enters the housing from lower inlet and flows outwards through the screen. Sediment, rust, suspended solids and fibrous impurities are trapped on inner surface of screen, and clean fluid flows out from upper outlet. As contaminants accumulate, inlet‑outlet differential pressure rises. When differential pressure reaches preset value or cleaning timer expires, self‑cleaning cycle starts. The motor drives inner steel brush to rotate and scour screen surface. Stripped contaminants are discharged through bottom drain valve. The system keeps supplying water without shutdown during cleaning. Housing can be anti‑corrosion coated carbon steel, 304 or 316L stainless steel. Wedge‑shaped screen provides precision of 50‑3000 μm, nominal pressure 0.6‑1.6 MPa. Three control modes: differential‑pressure trigger, time‑based trigger and manual trigger, with motor overload protection. Flanged connection with small footprint for vertical installation. Widely used in circulating cooling water, power‑plant water treatment, chemical, metallurgy, municipal water supply and RO pre‑treatment. Custom flow rate, pressure and material are available. The wear‑resistant screen can serve long‑term without frequent replacement.
