The hand‑brush basket strainer is a pipeline coarse‑filtration device upgraded from ordinary basket strainer with manual brushing mechanism. It mainly consists of housing, basket assembly, manual brushing unit, drain valve, quick‑open cover and sealing gaskets. Fluid flows in from inlet, solid impurities such as sediment, welding slag, rust and suspended matters are trapped by filter basket, and clean fluid flows out from outlet. When contaminants accumulate on inner basket surface, rotate the external hand crank directly without opening the cover. The inner brush rotates to scrape off contaminants, which sink to the bottom and are discharged by opening the drain valve. The housing is available in carbon steel, 304 / 316L stainless steel. The filter basket adopts composite structure of perforated stainless‑steel plate and woven mesh, with precision of 20‑400 mesh. Flanged connection, nominal pressure 1.0‑2.5 MPa. No power supply required, suitable for explosion‑proof and power‑free sites. Widely used in circulating water, HVAC, water supply‑drainage, chemical, oilfield and metallurgy pipelines. Compared with conventional basket strainers, it reduces cover‑opening cleaning frequency and maintenance workload. Complete sizes and non‑standard customization are available.
