PFC series oil purifier is a portable mobile filter cart of PALL. It adopts hand‑push frame structure, mainly composed of gear / vane pump, motor, pre‑filter housing, fine‑filter housing, audible‑visual differential‑pressure alarm, relief valve, inlet‑outlet hoses and oil‑collecting tray. It realizes oil circulating filtration, new‑oil filling, oil transfer and system bypass purification. Protected by suction‑side pre‑strainer, oil passes through pre‑filter and fine‑filter in sequence to remove solid contaminants in hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. Optional water‑absorbing filter element removes free and emulsified water. Main models include PFC8314‑25, PFC8314‑50, PFC8314‑100, PFC8314‑150. Rated flow rate 25‑150 L/min, filtration precision 1‑25 μm, 380V three‑phase power supply, nominal pressure 1.0 MPa. Treated oil can reach NAS 5‑8 cleanliness level. Equipped with phase‑failure & overload protection, audible‑visual differential‑pressure alarm and built‑in bypass valve. Alarm triggers when filter element is clogged. Bottom oil‑collecting tray avoids oil spillage. Widely used in power‑plant steam turbines, steel‑plant hydraulic stations, engineering machinery and gear‑box lubrication systems. Domestic‑made version is fully interchangeable with original PALL PFC units for on‑site oil maintenance, oil filling and offline circulating filtration.
