1. Product Description
The 5000 TPD large-scale Gold CIL Plant is a super-large standardized industrial gold extraction facility independently developed for super-large open-pit gold mines and large underground gold mines with ultra-high daily ore handling demand. The complete production system consists of coarse crushing system, medium-fine grinding & classification system, large-volume cyanide leaching tank group, multi-stage activated carbon adsorption system, high-efficiency gold desorption-electrolysis unit, continuous smelting system, tailings detoxification & water recycling system and full-process PLC intelligent automatic control system.This plant is suitable for massive oxidized gold ore, pre-oxidized sulfide gold ore, low-grade associated gold ore and large-volume gold-bearing tailings recovery projects. With a fixed rated raw ore processing capacity of 5000 tons per day, all key equipment adopts industrial heavy-duty wear-resistant design to support uninterrupted 24-hour year-round industrial operation. It has been widely applied in global large commercial gold mines, and can continuously and stably produce high-standard high-purity gold ingots directly.
2. Working Principle
The facility adopts the mature Carbon-in-Leach core technology, whose core logic is simultaneous cyanide leaching and activated carbon gold adsorption.First of all, bulk raw gold ore is crushed step by step and ground into fine pulp reaching leaching fineness requirements, then the qualified pulp is conveyed into large leaching tanks filled with cyanide lixiviant. Elemental gold inside mineral particles chemically reacts with the medicament and dissolves into pulp in the form of gold cyanide complex ions.Secondly, granular activated carbon is continuously added to the leaching tanks. While gold is dissolved, activated carbon immediately captures and adsorbs gold-cyanide complex ions, realizing rapid enrichment and separation of gold from ore slurry.Thirdly, gold-loaded carbon is screened and delivered to high-temperature and high-pressure desorption-electrolysis equipment. Gold is separated from activated carbon into aqueous solution, and high-purity gold mud is precipitated through electrolysis.Finally, gold mud is purified and smelted into finished gold ingots; exhausted barren carbon undergoes regeneration treatment and is recycled back to leaching tanks; waste tailing pulp is subjected to harmless detoxification and sewage recycling treatment before reaching emission standards for discharge.
3. Core Features
Ultra-large stable daily throughput: Fixed 5000 tons daily raw ore processing capacity, oversized thickened leaching tanks and heavy-duty mechanical components, outstanding anti-fatigue and overload resistance for long-term continuous operation.
High gold recovery rate: Synchronous leaching and adsorption cuts reaction cycle, the recovery rate reaches 93%~97.5% for conventional oxidized gold ore, minimizing the loss of precious gold resources.
Low comprehensive operational consumption: Overall optimized process layout, intelligent automatic dosing system and carbon regeneration circulation system greatly reduce the consumption of cyanide agent, industrial water and electric power, lowering long-term mining operating costs.
Full-process intelligent automatic management: Whole-line PLC centralized automatic control, real-time monitoring of pulp density, pH value, carbon concentration, leaching efficiency and other key indicators, reducing manual labor and operational mistakes.
Complete eco-friendly supporting facilities: Equipped with tailings detoxification, waste gas collection, closed circulating water system, fully compliant with international and mainstream national mining environmental protection emission standards.
Standard modular assembly design: Split modular structure for convenient transportation, fast on-site installation and commissioning, simple routine maintenance and convenient later capacity expansion and equipment upgrade.
