Equipment Advantages:

       This equipment is designed and manufactured strictly according to the latest ANSI/BHMA A156.3 standards. It is suitable for certification lab testing or factory R&D quality control testing. The device uses PLC control, with a touchscreen to set the test program. The cylinder pushes the rod to open the door, and retracts to close it. It can apply opening-direction loads according to standard requirements. For operating parts outside the test chamber, a stepper motor is set to operate the handle (grip), meeting the ANSI/BHMA A156.3:2014 standard testing requirements. The test door has replaceable mounting parts, which can be swapped based on how the sample is installed. It supports installation of surface-mounted latch, mortise lock, surface-mounted top-and-bottom rods, and concealed top-and-bottom rod push locks.
