Device Functions:
The device is designed to test the lifespan of hardware for sliding and folding doors. It follows the latest European standard for sliding doors, EN 1527:2019, regarding durability testing. Specific points are as follows:
The device can test sliding doors and their hardware. A stepper motor drives the door to move back and forth, checking the durability of the door rollers and hangers. You can set the movement distance and speed via the touchscreen. The number of test cycles can be set on the external panel of the controller, and the device will automatically stop when the preset number is reached or if a fault occurs. The stepper motor drive allows precise control over start/stop positions and running speed. Photoelectric switches are installed at both ends of the test door to detect the door's position. If the door cannot fully open or close to the sensor position, the device stops automatically.
By adding counterweights to the test door, you can meet testing requirements for doors of different weights.

a. Power: AC220V 10A, 2000W, three-prong plug
b. Iron Frame: 5500x2700x2500(mm), baked paint, assembled on site
c. Fixing Method: M10 floor anchor bolts
d. Test Stations: 6 stations
e. Test Doors: 6 doors, 2000mm x W800mm aluminum profile doors
f. Drive Stroke: 1300mm, max door weight 200kg (equipment does not include counterweight)
g. Drive Arm Pull Range: 0~150N
h. Equipped with Force Meter: 0~500N, driven by drive device for uniform motion to test push and pull force
i. Controller: Set number of cycles, maintains count display after power off, detects door positions on both ends, stops if the door is not fully closed
j. Standards: QB/T 4597-2013, EN 1527
