Steering Wheel Fatigue Tester
I. Design Basis
The design meets the requirements of the "Force Deformation Test" specified in Clause 2.3 of the "Automobile Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China" QC/T563 - 1999. This machine can complete the requirements of the "Steering Wheel Static Torsion Characteristic Test, Static Bending Strength Test, Alternating Torsion and Alternating Bending Durability Test" specified in the standard.
II. Functions of the Tester
1. Steering wheel static torsion characteristic test. (Including static strength and static torsion tests)
2. Static bending strength test.
3. Alternating torsion and alternating bending durability test.
4. Draw relevant test curves, and read, record and print test results.
5. It has functions such as over - pressure protection of the oil source; interlock protection of oil temperature; interlock protection of the preset value of the counter; over - limit protection of load and displacement upper and lower limits; over - current protection of the motor, etc.
6. Working conditions: The power supply requires a voltage of 380V±10%, three - phase; the total power of the power supply is 15KW; the ambient temperature is 20±10℃, the humidity is not more than 80%, and there is no corrosive medium around.
III. Technical Performance Characteristics
The main machine adopts the popular double - column gantry frame structure of contemporary fatigue machines, with good stiffness, compact structure, simple appearance and fine processing.
The two columns adopt the process of surface hard chrome plating and polishing after quenching and tempering treatment, with high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The connection between the optical rod and the workbench applies the bolt clamping technology. The mounting holes are easy to locate, and are processed simultaneously with the locking holes of the moving cross - beam to ensure the coaxiality of the centerlines of the two parts.
The high - stiffness moving cross - beam is hydraulically lifted and lowered by a high - quality engineering cylinder throughout the process, and is interlocked with the locking cylinder, making it easy to move, easy to locate and reliable to lock.
The servo oil sources have been serialized, and users can choose according to the requirements of the test frequency and amplitude (displacement) characteristics.

VI. Quality Assurance
1. The warranty period is one year after the final acceptance. If there are quality problems with the equipment during the warranty period, the supplier shall replace and repair it free of charge. If the quality problems are caused by the improper operation of the demander, the demander shall pay the supplier the cost of maintenance; The supplier shall provide permanent spare parts supply for the equipment.
2. The supplier shall respond within 1 hour after receiving the notice and provide a maintenance solution within 2 hours; Solve general faults within 6 hours.
If necessary, the supplier shall arrive at the site within 24 - 48 hours and provide maintenance or replacement of defective goods or parts, and the cost shall be borne by the supplier.
