I. Overview:
According to the regulations of the national automotive industry quality standards, automotive shock absorbers must undergo a dynamometer test before leaving the factory to conduct an ex-factory inspection on the performance of the shock absorbers. Therefore, the dynamometer is an indispensable testing instrument on the shock absorber production line.
There are various structural forms of shock absorber dynamometers, such as the double-column lower crank mechanical transmission testing machine and the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine. Comparing the above two testing machines with different structural forms, each has its own characteristics. The mechanical testing machine has a simple structure and a low price. However, due to its relatively high installation position, it is inconvenient to operate, the labor intensity of the operator is relatively large, and the production efficiency is low. This is especially important in the case of large-scale production. The other electro-hydraulic servo testing machine has complete functions and a wide range of applications. However, the hydraulic station has a relatively large noise, occupies a large area, and the hydraulic system has high requirements for the environment. In particular, it is expensive. Therefore, it is more suitable for the laboratory of the factory quality inspection department for product development and comprehensive performance testing of products. Therefore, mechanical dynamometers are generally used for the ex-factory dynamometer test of products in factories.
Based on our many years of experience and combined with the structural characteristics of domestic and foreign products, we have designed a dynamometer with an upper crank open structure. This machine is a special testing equipment for testing the performance of shock absorbers. It uses a variable-frequency motor for speed regulation and is computer-controlled. It can draw a dynamometer diagram, give an alarm for unqualified products, and output test reports. It is mainly used for online detection.
II. Features:
1. Compact structure and small floor area, suitable for use on the factory production line.
2. Due to the upper crank structure, the installation position of the shock absorber is relatively low, about 600 - 800mm from the ground. Therefore, the installation and operation are very convenient and labor-saving. This feature is particularly prominent in the case of mass production on the production line.
3. The shock absorber is automatically hydraulically clamped, with reliable clamping and high production efficiency.
4. The installation position of the shock absorber is adjustable, suitable for conducting dynamometer tests on shock absorbers of multiple varieties and types.
5. The upper clamping body is ingeniously designed, extremely convenient to operate and replace. Different fixtures can be replaced to conduct dynamometer tests on shock absorbers with different structural forms and specifications.
6. Computer-controlled, the test results and dynamometer diagram are displayed on the screen, and it has an audible and visual alarm function to automatically determine whether the product is qualified.

1. After the equipment is installed and debugged at the buyer's site and passes the inspection, starting from the date of confirmation by both parties in writing, Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide one-year free warranty and lifetime maintenance services.
2. During the warranty period, Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. will be responsible for all non-human-caused quality issues of the goods and bear all maintenance costs. If the main components of the goods are replaced during the warranty period, the warranty period will be recalculated. The company will provide lifetime maintenance services for the equipment. After the warranty period, only the cost of spare parts will be charged for maintenance. The company will also provide all spare parts for the equipment at preferential prices for life.
3. During the use of the goods, upon receiving the maintenance service notice from the buyer, Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. will respond within 1 hour with excellent service attitude and complete communication with the company's technical personnel; provide a maintenance solution within 2 hours; resolve general faults within 6 hours; and dispatch personnel to the site within 24 - 48 hours if necessary.
4. Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. has a dedicated after-sales service team that actively follows up and provides dynamic services. Based on the equipment records, the team will conduct irregular follow-up visits to check the operation of the equipment, identify problems in a timely manner and eliminate potential hazards.
5. The company will provide free software upgrades and offer training or guidance to the operators.
