The rubber bushing torsional fatigue test bench is a special equipment for conducting fatigue durability tests on rubber bushings. The test bench is mainly composed of a swing loading system, a torque measurement and control system, an angle measurement and control system, a load and displacement measurement and control system, etc. The computer software is written in C++, which has strong flexibility and expandability.
I. Overall Structure:
The overall structure of the test bench consists of a servo swing loading channel. The servo swing channel is composed of a set of rotary swing cylinders and an angle sensor, which is located on the left side of the workbench. The swing actuator is the key device of the test bench, mainly composed of a swing cylinder, an angle sensor, a servo valve, etc. The swing hydraulic cylinder is a product independently developed and produced by Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. This actuator adopts a double-vane, front flange installation method. This product has low friction, low damping, high frequency response, and good anti-lateral force ability. It has a wide operating temperature range, high load capacity, and no creeping phenomenon at low speeds. The angle sensor is installed coaxially with the piston rod of the swing cylinder. A product from Changchun Yiguang is selected. The angle measurement is a direct measurement method, with high measurement accuracy and good environmental adaptability.
The torque sensor measurement system is located on the right side of the table. The bushing fixture is located on the table and is connected between the sensor and the swing cylinder. The bushing is connected to the flange of the torque sensor through a bracket, so as to measure the relative angle between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve when the test piece is twisted. Torque loading is achieved by the swing cylinder through computer program control. The torque loading channel is installed on the moving slide table, which can move forward and backward according to the size of the workpiece, facilitating the clamping of test pieces.
II. System Introduction
1. Host System
The host servo swing system uses the swing actuator for loading movement. The angle sensor installed coaxially measures the real-time rotation angle, and the control is executed through the servo controller. The slide table system is mainly for the convenience of installing samples, and can also meet the installation position requirements of various samples of different specifications. The fixture system uses a coaxial rod to connect with the inner hole of the sample and is fixed with a nut. The outer ring of the sample is fixedly connected with the fixture body. Torque is applied to the inner ring through the coaxial rod.
● Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic power source oil pump unit is composed of a three-phase asynchronous motor and a gear pump. The system pressure is set through the relief valve. The pressure oil output to the system is filtered by a filter with a filtration accuracy of less than 6μm, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the servo valve. The return oil filter filters the hydraulic oil returning to the oil tank, ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil in the oil tank.

IV. Equipment acceptance
1. The equipment acceptance is carried out in two stages, namely pre - acceptance and final acceptance. The pre - acceptance is carried out at the supplier's site, and the final acceptance is carried out at the demander's site. The demander provides product test pieces.
2. The pre - acceptance shall include the following contents:
1) Conduct a continuous test for 8 hours. The equipment shall have no faults and meet the relevant requirements of the technical agreement.
2) Conduct an acceptance of the equipment's appearance and structure, and propose a specific rectification plan. Only after the pre - acceptance is confirmed as qualified can the supplier ship the equipment to the demander.
3. The final acceptance includes the following contents:
1) It is carried out at the demander's equipment site. At the same time, on - site training is provided. The acceptance is based on the pre - acceptance, and the stability of the equipment and the rectification contents are inspected.
2) The equipment shall work continuously for 3 days without faults and meet the relevant requirements of the technical agreement.
3) After the equipment is officially accepted as qualified at the demander's site, it is regarded as officially delivered.
V. Warranty and after - sales service
1. The warranty period is one year after the final acceptance is qualified. If there are quality problems with the equipment during the warranty period, the supplier shall replace and repair it free of charge. If the quality problems are caused by the demander's illegal operation, the demander shall pay the supplier the cost of maintenance; the supplier shall provide permanent spare parts supply for the equipment.
2. The supplier shall respond within 1 hour after receiving the notice and provide a maintenance solution within 2 hours; solve general faults within 6 hours.
If necessary, the supplier shall enter the site within 24 - 48 hours and provide maintenance or replacement of defective goods or parts, and the cost shall be borne by the supplier.
3. Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. has dedicated after - sales service personnel who actively follow up and provide dynamic services. According to the archives, they will conduct irregular return visits to check the operation of the equipment, timely detect problems and eliminate potential hazards;
4. Provide free software upgrades and train or guide the operators.
