III. Application Scope
The ND-1000 Electronic Torsion Testing Machine (hereinafter referred to as the testing machine) is mainly used for the torsion performance test of metallic and non-metallic materials and components, and measures torsion performance parameters such as torsional strength τb, upper yield point τsu, and lower yield point τsl. Equipped with a torsion meter, it can also measure parameters such as shear modulus G, specified non-proportional torsional stress τp, and non-proportional torsional strain γp.

V. Warranty and After-sales Service
1. The warranty period is one year after the final acceptance. If there are quality problems with the equipment during the warranty period, the supplier shall replace and repair it free of charge. If the quality problems are caused by the purchaser's illegal operation, the purchaser shall pay the supplier the cost of maintenance; the supplier shall provide permanent spare parts supply for the equipment.
2. The supplier shall respond within 1 hour after receiving the notice and provide a maintenance solution within 2 hours; solve general faults within 6 hours.
If necessary, the supplier shall arrive at the site within 24 - 48 hours and provide maintenance or replacement of defective goods or parts, and the cost shall be borne by the supplier.
3. Shanghai Anchang Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. has dedicated after-sales service personnel who actively follow up and provide dynamic services. According to the archives, they will conduct irregular return visits to check the operation of the equipment, promptly discover problems and eliminate potential hazards.
4. Provide free software upgrades and train or guide the operators.
