Steering Wheel Fatigue Tester
I. Design Basis
The design meets the requirements of the "Force Deformation Test" specified in Clause 2.3 of the "Automobile Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China" QC/T563 - 1999. This machine can complete the requirements of the "Steering Wheel Static Torsion Characteristic Test, Static Bending Strength Test, Alternating Torsion and Alternating Bending Durability Test" specified in the standard.
II. Functions of the Tester
1. Steering wheel static torsion characteristic test. (Including static strength and static torsion test)
2. Static bending strength test.
3. Alternating torsion and alternating bending durability test.
4. Draw relevant test curves, and read, record and print test results.
5. It has functions such as oil source over - pressure protection; oil temperature interlock protection; counter preset value interlock protection; overload protection for setting upper and lower limits of load and displacement; motor over - current protection, etc.
6. Working conditions: The power supply requires a voltage of 380V±10%, three - phase; the total power of the power supply is 15KW; the ambient temperature is 20±10℃, the humidity is not more than 80%, and there are no corrosive media around.
III. Technical Performance Characteristics
The main machine adopts the popular double - column gantry frame structure of contemporary fatigue machines, which has good stiffness, compact structure, simple appearance and fine processing.
The two columns adopt the process of surface hard - chrome plating and polishing after quenching and tempering treatment, with high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The connection between the optical rod and the workbench applies the bolt clamping technology. The installation holes are easy to position, and are processed simultaneously with the locking holes of the moving cross - beam to ensure the co - axiality of the center lines of the two parts.
The high - stiffness moving cross - beam is hydraulically lifted by a high - quality engineering cylinder throughout the process, and is interlocked with the locking cylinder, making it easy to move, position and lock reliably.
The servo oil sources have been serialized, and users can choose according to the requirements of the frequency and amplitude (displacement) characteristics of the test.

VI. Quality Assurance
1. The warranty period is one year after the final acceptance. If there are quality problems with the equipment during the warranty period, the supplier shall replace and repair it free of charge. If the quality problems are caused by the purchaser's illegal operation, the purchaser shall pay the supplier the cost of maintenance; the supplier shall provide permanent spare parts supply for the equipment.
2. The supplier shall respond within 1 hour after receiving the notice and provide a maintenance solution within 2 hours; solve general faults within 6 hours.
If necessary, the supplier shall arrive at the site within 24 - 48 hours and provide maintenance or replacement of defective goods or parts, and the cost shall be borne by the supplier.
