1. Product Classification
Our export petroleum pipes are divided into two core categories: OCTG (underground drilling and production pipes) and Line Pipes (surface transmission pipes). All products comply with API certification and support OEM/ODM customization to meet procurement standards for oilfield and energy pipeline projects in different countries.
2. OCTG Series
2.1 Casing
Application: As the main supporting pipe for oil and gas wells, casing stabilizes well walls, prevents formation collapse, isolates oil, gas and water layers, and seals high-pressure corrosive formations. It serves all types of onshore and offshore oilfields, including shallow, medium, deep and ultra-deep wells.
Standards: API 5CT, GB/T 19830, ISO 11960; Thread inspection complies with API 5B
Common Grades for Export: J55, K55, N80, L80, P110, C90, T95, Q125, including sulfur-resistant and corrosion-resistant grades
Thread Types: STC (Short Thread Casing), LTC (Long Thread Casing), BTC (Buttress Thread Casing), and premium connections with airtight sealing for high-pressure, sour and offshore deep wells.
Size Range: Outer diameter from 2-3/8" to 20"; standard fixed lengths and customized lengths are available.
Product Advantages: High strength, excellent collapse resistance and tensile resistance, reliable sealing performance, stable heat treatment process. 100% ultrasonic non-destructive testing and hydrostatic pressure testing ensure stable performance under complex and harsh downhole conditions.
2.2 Tubing
Application: Installed inside casing strings to transport crude oil and natural gas from the bottom hole to the wellhead. It is also applicable for oilfield water injection, fracturing, acidizing and gas lift operations, serving as the direct fluid transmission channel.
Standard: API 5CT
Product Types: NU (Non-Upset), EU (External Upset), IJ (Integral Joint), covering low-pressure conventional wells, medium-high pressure deep wells and gas wells.
Size Range: Outer diameter from 1.05" to 4-1/2". Full range of mainstream export sizes available with customized internal anti-corrosion coating options.
Product Advantages: Smooth inner wall, superior corrosion resistance, high-precision threads with good anti-galling performance and excellent tightness. Effectively extend service life and reduce operation and maintenance costs for overseas oilfield projects.
2.3 Drill Pipe
Application: Core component for oilfield drilling. It transmits torque, circulates drilling fluid, cools drill bits and carries cuttings, bearing complex loads of tension, torsion and impact for onshore and offshore drilling projects.
Standards: API 5D, API 7
Common Grades: E75, X95, G105, S135, suitable for conventional drilling to ultra-deep high-strength drilling operations.
Product Advantages: Adopts friction welding for tool joints with high strength, fatigue resistance and wear resistance, ideal for extended-reach wells, deep wells and complex geological drilling projects worldwide.
2.4 Supporting OCTG Accessories
We provide one-stop supporting export accessories including casing couplings, tubing couplings, drill collars, pup joints, thread protectors and end caps. Complete sizes and strong interchangeability fully match the main pipe strings.
3. Line Pipe Series
Application: Widely used in oilfield gathering pipelines, urban gas transmission, long-distance oil and gas trunk lines, chemical fluid transportation, subsea pipelines and power station process pipelines for conveying crude oil, natural gas, refined oil and injected water.
Standards: API 5L, GB/T 9711, ISO 3183; subsea pipes comply with DNV standards.
Export Product Classification
Seamless Line Pipe: Small diameter for high-pressure working conditions, available in 20#, L245, L360 for high-pressure station process pipelines.
ERW Pipe: High-frequency electric resistance welded pipe for medium and small-diameter trunk pipelines with high cost performance, the mainstream product for bulk export.
LSAW Pipe: Longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe with large diameter, high pressure resistance and high toughness, applied for trunk lines and key offshore pipeline projects.
SSAW Pipe: Spiral submerged arc welded pipe for large-diameter low-pressure transmission for oil and gas gathering and municipal gas projects.
Main Export Grades: Grade B, X42, X52, X60, X65, X70, X80; customized low-temperature toughness and sulfur-resistant versions are available.
Customizable Anti-corrosion Solutions: 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE epoxy powder internal and external coating, drag-reduction inner lining. Anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance adapts to high-temperature, low-temperature, humid and coastal harsh overseas environments.

6. Customization Service
We support non-standard sizes, special wall thicknesses, premium threads, high-grade anti-corrosion treatment, special steel grades, low-temperature and sulfur-resistant customization. Products can be manufactured according to customer drawings and local industry standards to fully meet the procurement demands of overseas oil and gas engineering projects.
7. Production & Delivery Lead Time
Stock Orders: Sufficient inventory for standard-size OCTG, line pipes and supporting accessories. Goods can be loaded and shipped within 3-7 working days after order confirmation and payment to meet urgent overseas project schedules.
Standard Custom Orders: For products with standard steel grades, conventional anti-corrosion treatment and common specifications, the production, inspection and packaging cycle is 10-20 working days.
Special Custom Orders: For high-customization products including sulfur-resistant, low-temperature, premium thread, non-standard size and subsea dedicated pipes, the delivery cycle is 25-40 working days according to order quantity and process difficulty.
