1. Product Overview

Cast iron pipe is mainly produced by centrifugal casting process. Using high-quality pig iron, ductile iron and alloy cast iron as raw materials, the pipe is manufactured through high-temperature smelting, high-speed centrifugal casting, stress-relief annealing and precision finishing.

Different from rolled seamless pipes, precision pipes and welded pipes, cast iron pipes feature thick wall, dense microstructure, strong compression and impact resistance, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, high rigidity and non-deformation performance. With smooth inner lining and reliable sealing, they have an ultra-long service life and are widely used as heavy-duty pressure pipes for municipal water supply & drainage, sewage projects, fire protection pipe networks and industrial fluid transmission.
