1. Product Overview
Cast iron pipe is mainly produced by centrifugal casting process. Using high-quality pig iron, ductile iron and alloy cast iron as raw materials, the pipe is manufactured through high-temperature smelting, high-speed centrifugal casting, stress-relief annealing and precision finishing.
Different from rolled seamless pipes, precision pipes and welded pipes, cast iron pipes feature thick wall, dense microstructure, strong compression and impact resistance, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, high rigidity and non-deformation performance. With smooth inner lining and reliable sealing, they have an ultra-long service life and are widely used as heavy-duty pressure pipes for municipal water supply & drainage, sewage projects, fire protection pipe networks and industrial fluid transmission.

Gray Cast Iron PipeCost-effective and highly corrosion-resistant, mainly used for municipal rainwater, sewage and low-pressure drainage pipelines.
Ductile Iron Pipe (Mainstream Grade)High toughness and tensile strength close to steel material. Excellent crack resistance, burst resistance and anti-settlement performance. Ideal for water supply, fire protection and high-pressure sewage projects.
Alloy Cast Iron PipeAdded chromium, molybdenum and nickel elements for high temperature resistance and strong chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for chemical sewage and high-temperature medium transmission.
