1. Product Overview
Flat steel is a kind of solid long steel with a standard rectangular cross-section, belonging to general structural steel. It features accurate dimensions, smooth surface, good plasticity and excellent weldability, serving as a core basic material for steel structure engineering, mechanical manufacturing, infrastructure construction and anti-corrosion supporting projects. We supply a full range of hot rolled flat steel, cold drawn bright flat steel and hot-dip galvanized flat steel. Custom sizes, fixed-length cutting and deep processing services are available. All products comply with international standards and are exported worldwide to meet various overseas engineering and industrial procurement requirements.
2. Product Classification
2.1 Hot Rolled Flat Steel
Execution Standard: GB/T 704-2019, compatible with ASTM, DIN, JIS international standards
Material Grade: Q235B, Q355B, SS400, A36 and other carbon steel & low alloy steel
Size Range: Width 10–300mm, Thickness 3–60mm, standard length 6m/9m/12m, customized lengths acceptable
Product Advantages: High toughness, excellent weldability, stable compressive strength, cost-effective, sufficient stock, no lamination, cracks or other quality defects

2.2 Cold Drawn Bright Flat Steel
Execution Standard: YB/T 037, precision tolerance meets export industrial standards
Material Grade: Q235, 45#, 40Cr, 65Mn, etc.
Size Range: Width 5–100mm, Thickness 2–30mm
Product Advantages: Bright surface without oxide scale, high dimensional accuracy, neat edges, good straightness, no secondary polishing required, ready for direct assembly
Applications: Precision mechanical equipment, automation parts, guide rails, slider components, mold blanks, high-end hardware parts
2.3 Hot-Dip Galvanized Flat Steel
Processing Technology: Hot-dip galvanized treatment with uniform and firm zinc coating
Anti-Corrosion Performance: Acid and alkali resistant, rain and weather resistant, durable for harsh outdoor environments with greatly extended service life
Applications: Outdoor engineering, power grounding, photovoltaic supports, municipal guardrails, port terminals, coastal anti-corrosion projects
3. Delivery Cycle
Stock Products: Standard hot rolled and galvanized flat steel are in sufficient stock. Goods will be loaded and shipped within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation to support urgent orders.
Customized Products: For non-standard sizes, special fixed lengths and deep processing products, the production cycle is 5–10 working days, adjustable according to order quantity and processing technology. Exact delivery time can be confirmed before order placement.
Export Logistics: We cooperate with stable international logistics channels, supporting sea freight, air freight and land multimodal transport. Both FCL and LCL orders are acceptable. We track logistics progress throughout the whole process to ensure safe and on-time delivery to the destination port.

6. Quality Inspection Standard
Dimensional Tolerance: Fully compliant with national and international standards. Strictly controlled on length, width, thickness, straightness and flatness.
Surface Quality: Smooth and clean surface without burrs, rust, obvious scratches or damage.
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and impact toughness all meet standard requirements with stable and uniform performance.
Anti-Corrosion Test: Zinc layer thickness test and salt spray test are available for galvanized flat steel.
7. Export Packaging Standard
Packed with high-strength steel strips for neat appearance and deformation resistance.
Cold drawn bright flat steel is wrapped with waterproof film and woven bags for moisture-proof, rust-proof and scratch-proof protection.
Each bundle is labeled with clear specifications, material grade, heat number, weight and production date.
Support standard packaging for sea, land and air freight. Custom export packaging solutions are acceptable.
