1. Product Overview
Precision seamless bright steel tubes are high-end seamless pipes made of high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel. Manufactured through multi-pass cold rolling/drawing, bright heat treatment and internal & external polishing, they feature ultra-tight tolerance, oxide-free smooth walls, high pressure tightness and stable mechanical performance. Requiring no secondary turning or polishing, the tubes can be directly assembled for precision machinery and high-pressure hydraulic systems.

10. Disadvantages
Higher cost due to complex cold finishing and heat treatment
Not applicable for high-temperature and strong corrosion conditions
Thin-wall tubes are prone to deformation, requiring careful transportation
