1. Product Definition
Deformed Steel Rebar, full name Hot Rolled Ribbed Bar, is covered with two longitudinal ribs and evenly distributed crescent transverse ribs. The ribs form mechanical interlock with concrete to greatly enhance bonding force, mainly bearing tensile stress in reinforced concrete structures. 3. Production Process
Continuous casting billets are heated to 1150–1250℃, then multi-pass hot rolled. Crescent ribs are formed directly by rolling rolls, followed by online temperature controlled cooling, sizing, fixed-length cutting and bundling. The surface is original hot rolled black scale, anti-rust primer can be coated on site upon request.
