Product Introduction‌

This stainless steel rotary dryer with biomass burner is an eco-friendly and cost-effective continuous drying equipment that integrates a dedicated industrial biomass burner and a full stainless steel rotary drum. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. The biomass burner features high thermal efficiency, low fuel cost and low emission, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, mining, agricultural and sideline product processing industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, uniform moisture and ultra-low operating cost in modern green industrial production lines.‌

Working Principle‌

The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The high-efficiency biomass burner at the air inlet end fully burns biomass pellets to generate high-temperature clean hot air with adjustable temperature, which is sent into the drum in a closed manner. High-moisture materials to be dried are fed into the inner cylinder through a sealed anti-blocking feeding port, and the built-in wear-resistant anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making them fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried finished products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-caking discharging end, completing the continuous drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, equipment perforation and high energy consumption.

 ‌Core Features‌

   This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of biomass-fired stainless steel drying. The high-precision biomass burner can achieve stepless      temperature regulation from 50℃ to 800℃, the thermal efficiency is as high as 91%, and the fuel cost is 40% lower than that of gas-fired dryers. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel biomass-fired dryers. Equipped with a full set of biomass safety protection devices such as anti-backfire protection, over-temperature alarm and dust removal system, it fully meets the national industrial environmental protection and safety production standards. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 1200 tons according to the actual material properties and production scale of users.
