Product Introduction
This 110 tpd rotary dryer for soil substrate coco peat drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for horticultural soil substrate coco peat production scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature fiber-protecting, anti-caking and non-pollution structure adapted to the characteristics of high hygroscopicity, easy agglomeration and strict no-impurity requirements of raw coco peat for horticultural substrates, with a daily processing capacity of 110 tons of wet raw coco peat. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 62%~74% to the stable 12%~16% required for subsequent soilless culture substrate processing at one time, and the dried coco peat can be directly sent to the next-stage screening and packaging system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high water retention, no mildew and long shelf life of finished horticultural coco peat substrates.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed reinforced multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The high-hygroscopicity wet coco peat raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the agglomerated materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-caking soft crushing lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow without any harmful impurities. The free moisture in the coco peat is gently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage low-temperature constant temperature zones, and the dried coco peat materials that meet the horticultural substrate standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 110-ton daily continuous drying process.

This 110 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for soil substrate coco peat drying. The low-temperature gentle drying system completely retains the natural porous fiber structure of coco peat, ensuring that the finished product has stable water retention and air permeability, fully meeting the quality requirements of high-end soilless culture substrates. The non-pollution closed operation design avoids the mixing of heavy metals and harmful impurities, making the product fully comply with the international organic horticultural substrate certification standards. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of coco peat by more than 29% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 110-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large-scale high-grade horticultural coco peat substrate processing lines.
