1.Product Introduction
This 130 TPD Rotary Dryer is heavy-duty equipment custom-engineered to pre-treat raw bamboo fibers and chips for high-density fiberboard (HDF/MDF) production lines. It continuously processes 130 tons of material per day, precisely reducing the moisture content to a uniform level to ensure flawless hot-pressing and optimal resin bonding.
2.Application
Engineered for Fibrous Materials: Features a unique internal flight system that vigorously breaks up sticky, tangled bamboo fiber bundles, preventing clogging and eliminating wet spots.
Flawless Board Quality: Delivering perfectly uniform moisture control eliminates the risk of board blistering, cracking, or warping during downstream pressing.
Energy-Efficient & High-Output: Optimizes hot air circulation to achieve massive 130 TPD throughput with minimal fuel consumption and low heat loss.
3.Working Principle
Raw bamboo fibers enter the inclined rotating cylinder, where specialized internal plates continuously lift and cascade them through a high-velocity hot air stream. As the drum rotates, the fibers advance via gravity and an induced draft, rapidly exchanging heat to release internal moisture. The uniformly dried bamboo material is then discharged at the outlet, while a high-efficiency cyclone collector cleanly separates the premium board feedstock from the humid exhaust air.
