Working Principle
The inclined rotary drum is driven by a stable heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a precisely controlled low speed. Wet materials are fed into the drum from the high end, while hot air generated by the matched heating system flows in from the low end to form a countercurrent heat exchange. As the drum rotates continuously, the built-in lifting plates evenly scoop up and scatter the materials repeatedly, making the materials fully contact with the hot airflow. The moisture in the materials is rapidly vaporized and discharged along with the exhaust gas, and the dried materials are stably output from the discharge port at the other end, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.
Core Features
Our rotary drum dryer adopts an all-welded thickened steel structure, which can adapt to long-term 24-hour continuous operation with extremely low failure rate and long service life. The optimized internal insulation design effectively reduces heat loss, cutting the energy consumption per unit of material by over 20% compared with ordinary models. The adjustable rotating speed and hot air temperature can flexibly match different material properties, avoiding material agglomeration or over-drying problems. It also supports customized configurations such as anti-corrosion and explosion-proof structures, which can meet the special drying demands of different industrial scenarios.
