Product Introduction
This industrial mineral drying system is a professional large-scale drying equipment tailored for the drying treatment of various industrial minerals such as ore, sand powder, mineral powder and non-metallic minerals. It covers full-series specifications from small test units to large continuous industrial drying production lines, and can efficiently remove surface moisture and internal combined moisture of materials. The dried finished materials can be directly used in subsequent processing, smelting or finished product links, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the production efficiency of industrial mineral processing plants.
Working Principle
The system is mainly composed of a heat source device, a feeding device, a rotary drying cylinder, a discharging device and a dust removal device. The high-temperature hot air generated by the heat source fully contacts with the continuously fed wet industrial minerals in the obliquely installed rotary drying cylinder. The lifting plates distributed inside the cylinder continuously lift and scatter the materials, so that the materials are fully exposed to the hot air flow, and the moisture is rapidly vaporized and discharged. The dried materials are stably output from the discharging port, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.

This system has multiple targeted advantages for industrial mineral scenarios. The adjustable temperature control system can adapt to the drying requirements of different industrial minerals, avoiding material deterioration or low drying efficiency caused by excessive temperature. The large processing capacity can meet the continuous production demand of large industrial mineral processing plants, and the single-machine processing capacity can reach 1-200 tons per hour. The fully sealed structure is equipped with a complete dust removal device, which effectively reduces dust overflow and meets environmental protection standards. The energy-saving design reduces the fuel consumption per unit of materials, significantly cutting the long-term operation cost of the plant.
