Product Introduction
This continuous rotary dryer machine is a large-scale continuous drying equipment tailored for mineral processing, metallurgy, building materials and other industrial scenarios. It adopts a tilted rotating cylinder structure, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial high-yield models. It can continuously complete the drying and dehydration operations of various mineral powders, granular materials and industrial slags, and can be seamlessly connected with the front-end grinding system and the back-end finished product processing process, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the industrial production line.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet materials are continuously fed into the cylinder from the high-end feed port, and move forward slowly along the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of the rotation and inclination of the cylinder. The hot air flows through the cylinder in the same direction or countercurrent direction, and fully contacts with the materials. Through the continuous flipping and stirring of the materials by the lifting plates inside the cylinder, the moisture in the materials is rapidly evaporated and discharged, and the dried qualified materials are stably output from the low-end discharge port, realizing the full-process continuous drying operation.
