Product Introduction
This high efficiency ore dryer machine is a professional large-capacity drying equipment tailored for mineral processing scenarios. It adopts a multi-layer heat preservation and three-cylinder rotary structure, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial continuous drying systems. It can efficiently dry high-moisture raw ores such as iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore and coal slime, and the dried materials can be directly sent to subsequent smelting, beneficiation or processing procedures, which is the core drying equipment to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the mineral processing plant.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed multi-cylinder rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet ore enters the inner cylinder of the dryer from the feeding end, and is fully contacted with the high-temperature hot air flow in the cylinder under the turning and pushing of the built-in lifting plate. The materials are dried step by step through the three-cylinder stroke, and the moisture is quickly evaporated and discharged out of the machine along with the hot air flow. The dried finished materials are stably discharged from the discharging port, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.

This product has multiple targeted advantages for mineral processing scenarios. The multi-cylinder heat preservation structure greatly improves the thermal efficiency, which is more than 30% higher than that of ordinary single-cylinder dryers, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable. The large processing capacity can adapt to the high-yield production demand of large mines, and the single machine can process up to hundreds of tons of wet ore per hour. The optimized internal structure effectively avoids the material sticking and blocking problems that are easy to occur when drying high-viscosity minerals such as coal slime. The fully sealed design reduces the dust overflow, which is more in line with environmental protection production requirements.
