Product Introduction
This large capacity rotary dryer plant is a heavy-duty continuous drying system tailored for large-scale industrial material drying scenarios. It adopts a large-diameter and long-cylinder rotary structure, with single-machine hourly processing capacity reaching 20 tons to 200 tons, and supports 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation. It can efficiently dry high-humidity materials such as mineral powder, ore, coal slime and industrial slag, and the dried materials can be directly transported or put into subsequent production processes. It is the core drying equipment to support the high-yield and stable operation of large mines and industrial production lines.
Working Principle
The large-scale rotary cylinder is driven by a low-speed and high-torque transmission system to rotate at a constant speed. The wet materials are continuously fed into the cylinder from the feeding end, and are repeatedly lifted and scattered by the built-in lifting plates, making full contact with the high-temperature hot air flowing through the cylinder. The moisture in the materials is rapidly evaporated and discharged under the action of high-temperature heat, and the dried materials are stably output from the discharging end, completing the continuous large-capacity drying process. The system can adjust the rotating speed and hot air temperature according to the moisture content of different materials to ensure the final drying effect.

This plant has multiple targeted advantages for large-scale industrial production. The super-large processing capacity can meet the high-yield drying demand of large production lines, and a single system can support the daily drying volume of more than 3000 tons. The optimized internal structure and hot air flow design greatly improve the thermal efficiency, effectively reducing the fuel consumption per ton of materials. The heavy-duty anti-wear cylinder body can adapt to long-term 24-hour high-load operation, with extremely low failure rate and long service life. It supports multiple clean heat source configurations such as natural gas, biomass and hot flue gas, and has strong adaptability to different materials.
