This 5TPH rotary dryer machine for sale is a small and medium-sized high-efficiency drying equipment with a hourly processing capacity of 5 tons. It adopts a horizontal rotary cylinder structure, which is suitable for drying materials such as mineral powder, coal slime, sand, ore and other bulk materials in small and medium-sized mines. It has the characteristics of stable operation, large processing capacity and low energy consumption, and is an ideal drying equipment for small and medium-sized mineral processing production lines.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a transmission device to rotate at a set low speed. The wet material enters the cylinder from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in lifting board as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the high-temperature hot air flowing through the cylinder. The moisture in the material is rapidly evaporated and discharged under the action of high-temperature heat flow, and the dried finished material is stably output from the discharging end, completing the continuous drying process.
