Product Introduction
This large scale ore dryer plant is a heavy-duty continuous drying equipment tailored for large mines and ore processing scenarios. It adopts a multi-cylinder rotary structure with high thermal efficiency, covering full-series specifications with single-machine processing capacity from 10 tons to 200 tons per hour. It can efficiently dry high-humidity raw ores such as iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore and non-metallic ores, and the moisture content of the finished ore can be stably controlled below 5%, which is the core drying equipment to support the large-scale continuous production of mines.
Working Principle
The large-diameter rotary cylinder is installed at a slight inclination. The wet ore is sent into the cylinder from the feeding end, and is in full contact with the high-temperature hot air flow in the cylinder. With the slow rotation of the cylinder, the built-in lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the ore, making the ore fully heated and the moisture rapidly evaporated. After continuous forward movement, the dried finished ore is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the large-capacity continuous drying process.
Core Features
This plant has multiple targeted advantages for large mines. The super-large processing capacity can meet the high-yield drying demand of large ore processing plants, and the single system can support the drying scale of more than 2000 tons per day. The optimized internal lifting plate structure and heat insulation design greatly improve the thermal efficiency, reduce the fuel consumption by more than 20% compared with ordinary models, and significantly cut the long-term operation cost. The heavy-duty structure can adapt to 24-hour uninterrupted high-load operation, with extremely low failure rate and long service life. It supports a variety of heat source configurations such as coal, natural gas and biomass, and has strong adaptability to different on-site conditions.
