Product Introduction
This energy saving rotary drum dryer is a high-efficiency continuous drying equipment tailored for industrial material drying scenarios. It adopts a tilted rotary cylinder structure, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial high-yield drying systems. It can efficiently dry materials such as ore, slag, sand, sawdust and sludge, and is widely used in mining, building materials, metallurgy and other industries. It is the core drying equipment to reduce the moisture content of materials to the qualified range.
Working Principle
The tilted rotary cylinder is driven by a low-power transmission system to rotate at a stable adjustable speed. The wet materials are continuously fed into the cylinder from the high end, and move forward slowly under the action of the rotation of the cylinder and the gravity of the materials. The hot air flows through the inner cavity of the cylinder in the same direction or countercurrent, and fully contacts with the continuously turned materials. The moisture in the materials is continuously evaporated and discharged, and the dried qualified materials are stably output from the low end, completing the continuous and efficient drying process.

This product has multiple targeted advantages. The built-in lifting plate structure can fully turn the materials, greatly improving the heat exchange efficiency. The optimized insulation design effectively reduces the heat loss, and the energy-saving effect is more than 30% higher than that of ordinary drying equipment. The adjustable rotating speed and hot air temperature can adapt to the drying requirements of different moisture contents and material properties. The heavy-duty structure can support 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation, with large processing capacity and wide application range.
