Product Introduction
This large capacity mineral powder dryer is a professional high-yield drying equipment tailored for mineral powder processing scenarios. It adopts a large-diameter and long-cylinder rotary structure, with single-machine daily processing capacity reaching dozens to hundreds of cubic meters. It can efficiently remove the moisture in various mineral powders such as ore powder, slag powder and non-metallic mineral powder, and the dried materials can be directly used for subsequent processing or storage. It is the core drying equipment to support large-scale mineral powder production lines.
Working Principle
The inclined rotary cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet mineral powder is fed into the cylinder from one end, and moves forward slowly along the inner wall under the action of the rotation of the cylinder and the inclination angle. The hot air flows in the same direction or countercurrently inside the cylinder, fully contacts with the continuously turned mineral powder, and efficiently takes away the moisture in the material. After the whole process, the dried mineral powder that meets the moisture requirement is stably discharged from the other end of the cylinder, completing the continuous large-capacity drying operation.

The multi-mode heating design supports multiple heat sources such as electricity, gas, coal and biomass pellets, which can adapt to different production conditions. The fully sealed structure effectively avoids the flying loss of fine mineral powder, and the material loss rate is extremely low. It can operate continuously for 24 hours, with high drying efficiency and stable moisture control of the finished product.
