What is the maximum evaporation capacity of this model?
The capacity depends on feed properties, but for water-like liquids under optimal conditions, it can reach up to 200 L/h. For viscous or heat-sensitive products, the capacity may be lower. We will calculate based on your specific application.
How does the CIP cleaning work on this evaporator?
The system includes a CIP tank, pump, and spray nozzles inside the evaporator body. You can program a cleaning cycle (e.g., rinse, caustic, acid, final rinse) via the PLC. All product-contact surfaces are automatically cleaned without manual disassembly.
Can I use steam instead of electric heating?
Yes, the unit can be configured with a steam heat exchanger instead of electric heaters. Please specify your utility preference when ordering. The 10kW electric version is offered as standard.
