1 Product Introduction
Copper Flotation Water Recovery is a high efficiency water reclamation and recycling system specifically designed for the copper mineral flotation process. During copper beneficiation, flotation operations consume a massive volume of slurry water. This system utilizes advanced solid liquid separation and water purification technologies to deeply treat flotation tailings or concentrate overflow water, making it fully meet the standards for direct recycling. It not only drastically reduces the raw water consumption of mining enterprises but also achieves zero wastewater discharge, serving as a core technological solution for green mine construction and sustainable industrial development.
2 Operating Principle
The operating principle of this system is mainly divided into three core stages. The first is the high efficiency thickening stage, where flotation wastewater containing fine particle slag enters a high efficiency thickener. Under the action of specialized flocculants, solid particles settle rapidly to achieve initial solid liquid separation. The second is the deep filtration stage, where the thickened supernatant enters multi media filters or ultrafiltration systems to thoroughly intercept micro suspended solids and residual flotation reagents. The final stage is the recycled water conditioning stage, where the treated purified water enters a storage tank, and its pH value and hardness are adjusted through an automatic monitoring system to ensure it fully meets the water quality indexes of the copper flotation process before being pumped back to the flotation loop for total reuse.
