DEIPA Product Description
Basic Product Information
DEIPA enhancer is fully named Diethanolisopropanolamine, referred to as DEIPA in the construction chemical industry. This DEIPA is a key alkanolamine additive for cement grinding aid and concrete early strength enhancement. High-purity DEIPA is pale yellow transparent viscous liquid with pure composition and stable physical and chemical properties. DEIPA owns excellent water solubility and blends evenly with all kinds of building additives. This DEIPA is often compounded with PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer and regularly stocked by cement plants and commercial concrete admixture workshops. This DEIPA is widely adopted in cement quality improvement projects with consistent batch performance, matching all Portland cement clinker processing.
Product Overview
DEIPA Diethanolisopropanolamine is a multi-functional composite building chemical additive. This DEIPA integrates grinding aiding, early strength improvement and hydration catalysis. Different from single-function alkanolamines, DEIPA refines cement particles and eliminates particle agglomeration during cement grinding. After adding DEIPA into cement-based system, it accelerates mineral hydration steadily even under low temperature, and will not weaken the water reduction and slump retention performance when combined with PCE superplasticizer. DEIPA is applicable to cement clinker grinding, commercial concrete mixing, precast component production and composite admixture synthesis. With low dosage, high efficiency and eco-friendly features, DEIPA acts as a mainstream raw material to cut energy consumption and boost strength in construction industry.

Usage Instructions
Dosage control: Standard dosage of DEIPA ranges from 0.02% to 0.15% of total cement mass. Fine-tune dosage when compounding with PCE superplasticizer and avoid overdosage.
Adding method: DEIPA can be directly fed into cement mill or diluted before mixing with concrete raw materials, suitable for automatic continuous feeding.
Mixing requirement: Stir for over 30 seconds after adding DEIPA for full water dispersion; no heating is needed for fast activation.
Formula pre-test: Carry out small trial test with DEIPA when switching cement clinker or adjusting admixture formula before mass production.
Storage rule: Seal DEIPA and store in cool dark warehouse away from heat and open fire. Shake well before use after long-term sealed storage.
