High Dispersion Low-Foam MN Sodium Lignosulfonate Superplasticizer for Concrete Mortar & Infrastructure Construction
Product Spotlights
MN Product Description
Basic Information
The full product name is MN Sodium Lignosulfonate, abbreviated as MN in global industry, also called sodium lignin sulfonate. MN is natural anionic polymer additive refined from paper pulping waste liquid via sulfonation, purification and spray drying. As eco-friendly biomass raw material, MN is totally different from naphthalene synthetic additives. MN appears as free-flowing brown powder with full cold-water solubility, pH value stably 7.0~9.0, moisture content ≤5%, effective lignosulfonate content ≥60%. MN is packed in 25kg woven bags with moisture-proof inner liner. Under dry shaded sealed storage, MN resists caking and keeps stable physical and chemical properties long term.
Product Overview
This MN Sodium Lignosulfonate is renewable plant-based industrial auxiliary with sulfonate active groups grafted on natural lignin structure. MN achieves particle dispersion via electrostatic repulsion, integrating water reduction, dispersion, adhesion and retarding functions. Cost-effective, biodegradable and low-toxic, MN is widely applied in concrete water reduction, textile dye dispersion, ceramic refractory binding, pesticide & fertilizer granulation. MN can be used alone as economical basic water reducer, or compounded with PCE and naphthalene additives to cut formula cost. Compatible with neutral and weak alkaline industrial systems, MN acts as cost-saving eco-friendly essential additive for construction, light industry and agriculture industries.
Key Features
Ultra cost-effective raw material: Derived from paper-making byproduct, MN greatly reduces overall production cost for mass industrial manufacturing.
Excellent water solubility & stable dispersion: MN dissolves rapidly in cold water, breaks agglomerates of cement, dye and pesticide powder to prevent sedimentation.
Eco-friendly biodegradable material: Plant-sourced non-toxic degradable material with zero heavy metal residue, complying with international industrial environmental standards.
Application Method
Dosage Control: 0.2%~0.5% of cementitious material for concrete; 0.5%~3.0% for textile and pesticide formula. Overdosage will lead to excessive retarding and excess foam.
Feeding Sequence: Dry blend MN with main powder materials before adding water stirring to avoid local agglomeration for optimal dispersion.
Storage Requirement: Seal MN in cool dry warehouse away from moisture and rain. Slight damp caking can be crushed manually without damaging MN performance.
