SNF-A Product Description
Basic Information
Full name: SNF-A Naphthalene High-Efficiency Superplasticizer, abbreviated SNF-A, chemical name Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate. Sodium sulfate content is strictly controlled at 5%. It is an anionic naphthalene polymer admixture, appearing as uniform brown powder with excellent cold water solubility, pH 7.5~9.0. Packed in 25kg woven bags with PE inner liner, it keeps free-flowing and stable under dry sealed storage.
Product Overview
SNF-A is refined via sulfonation, polycondensation and neutralization of industrial naphthalene. With customized 5% low sodium sulfate formula, it effectively prevents concrete efflorescence and surface whitening compared with high-sodium ordinary naphthalene products. It provides strong plasticizing and water-reducing effect to cut mixing water dosage, enhance concrete density and early strength. Widely applied in ready-mix concrete, road infrastructure, precast components and masonry mortar. It is fully compatible with sodium gluconate, sodium lignosulfonate and mineral admixtures, maintaining stable slump under high temperature, serving as cost-effective core admixture for construction projects.

Application Method
Dosage Control: Standard dosage 0.6%~1.5% of cementitious material mass; match with retarder as required, overdosage causes bleeding and segregation.
Feeding Method: Dry blend with cement and aggregate before water mixing, or dissolve into liquid solution for even dispersion.
Storage Rule: Cool dry sealed storage away from moisture; minor caking after dampness can be crushed without performance loss.
