MN Product Description

Basic Information

MN full name is Sodium Lignosulfonate, shorted as MN, MN Lignosulfonate or powder MN dispersing & water reducing agent in chemical industry. It is brown free-flow dry powder made from natural paper pulp by-product, eco-friendly anionic polymer surfactant. MN Lignosulfonate owns excellent water solubility, stable in hard water, acid and alkali environments, widely purchased by construction, feed, ceramic, coal water slurry, pesticide and mineral processing factories. MN Lignosulfonate integrates dispersion, water reduction, bonding and chelating functions. Using MN Lignosulfonate alone can cut water dosage and prevent particle agglomeration, and MN Lignosulfonate can also be compounded with NNO, SNF, PCE for better performance. MN Lignosulfonate features low cost and biodegradability, being universal basic industrial auxiliary, all kinds of factories keep MN Lignosulfonate in stock as regular functional raw material.

Product Overview

MN Lignosulfonate is solid multi-functional powder auxiliary without liquid version. Its lignin polymer structure absorbs solid particles to eliminate electrostatic agglomeration and form stable suspension system. Adding MN Lignosulfonate can greatly reduce mixing water of cement, ceramic clay and mineral powder, improve material fluidity and molding strength. MN Lignosulfonate has outstanding bonding capacity to strengthen feed pellets and refractory blanks. MN Lignosulfonate has stable physical and chemical properties with anti-caking storage performance and wide compatibility, no adverse reaction with most chemical raw materials. Clients can use MN Lignosulfonate separately or compound MN Lignosulfonate with other high-performance additives to meet production demands of construction, agriculture and fine chemical industries.

Main Features

Usage

  1. Concrete & mortar admixture: Add MN Lignosulfonate during mixing to reduce water consumption, improve concrete fluidity for ordinary cast-in-place and small precast components.

  2. Livestock feed granulation: Mix MN Lignosulfonate with feed powder as molding binder to raise pellet hardness and reduce broken dust during transportation.

  3. Ceramic blank production: Put MN Lignosulfonate into ceramic slurry to disperse clay particles, lower slurry water content, avoid blank cracking and improve surface smoothness after drying.

  4. Coal water slurry & wettable pesticide preparation: Dissolve MN Lignosulfonate and mix with coal powder or pesticide raw powder to stabilize suspension and prevent sediment blocking pipelines and spraying equipment.
