Basic Product Information
NNO, formally named NNO dispersant, is a classic anionic naphthalene dispersant and essential NNO powder widely used in printing, dyeing and ceramic industries. With reliable dispersion capacity, NNO is a necessary industrial auxiliary agent. NNO dispersant boasts excellent water solubility, and powdery NNO powder resists damp deterioration effectively. Temperature and acid-base resistant NNO dispersant is widely applied in dye processing, ceramic grinding and pesticide production. The high-dispersion property of NNO powder makes NNO fit various wet grinding systems.
Product Overview
NNO dispersant and NNO powder are synthesized via sulfonation, condensation and neutralization of refined naphthalene, categorized as high-efficiency anionic naphthalene dispersant. NNO separates solid particles through electric repulsion to avoid agglomeration and flocculation. NNO powder dissolves rapidly in both cold and hot water without residue or caking. As a cost-effective industrial dispersant, NNO performs steadily in high-temperature dyeing, ceramic raw material grinding and wettable pesticide powder production. NNO dispersant will not change raw material color, integrating leveling, viscosity reduction and grinding aid functions. Uniform mass production quality makes NNO powder the top choice for mass production.
Main Features
Powerful dispersion performance: NNO and NNO powder fully break up agglomerates of dyes and ceramic powder, reduce slurry viscosity and enhance suspension stability without re-agglomeration, realizing the core advantage of NNO dispersant.
High temperature and acid alkali resistance: NNO dispersant works stably under wide pH range and high temperature without performance degradation, and NNO powder maintains reliable dispersion in high-heat grinding processes.
Dual functions of dye leveling and grinding assistance: NNO ensures even fabric dyeing without color spots for textile industry; NNO powder shortens grinding time and refines particle fineness to improve compactness of ceramic products.
Easy dissolution and stable storage: Dry NNO features good fluidity and low dust. NNO powder has long shelf life under dry storage and dissolves easily without heating, suitable for automatic feeding.
Wide formula compatibility: NNO dispersant mixes well with most anionic additives, dyes, ceramic raw materials and pesticide carriers, no flocculation or precipitation after compounding to raise overall processing efficiency.
Application Instructions
Standard dosage control: The dosage of NNO and NNO powder varies by application. 2%–6% of dye weight for textile leveling, 0.5%–2% of raw material weight for ceramic grinding. Adjust properly to maximize performance of NNO dispersant.
Feeding and dissolving method: Dissolve NNO powder in water to prepare stock solution before adding, or add dry powder directly under stirring. Pre-dissolving activates the dispersion effect of NNO faster.
Pre-production trial test: Conduct small batch tests before mass production due to different water quality and raw material hardness, confirm optimal dosage to guarantee stable performance of NNO powder and NNO dispersant.
Storage protection: Seal NNO tightly and store in dry ventilated warehouse to prevent caking caused by moisture, which would reduce solubility and dispersion effect of NNO dispersant. Cool dry environment supports long-term stable storage.
