MN Sodium Lignosulfonate, short for MN powder, is renewable eco-friendly sodium lignosulfonate MN and multi-functional industrial dispersing & retarding additive. Extracted from natural lignin of paper pulping by-product, MN is anionic high-molecular surfactant with outstanding water solubility for aqueous systems. MN powder integrates dispersion, retarding, water reduction and bonding functions. As cost-effective basic auxiliary, MN sodium lignosulfonate is widely used in concrete, pesticide formulation, feed pelleting, ceramic shaping and coal water slurry production. Biodegradable and low-impurity MN powder is standard bulk raw material of MN sodium lignosulfonate. Product Overview
MN Sodium Lignosulfonate and MN powder are refined and modified from sulfite pulping waste liquid, categorized as green natural polymer sodium lignosulfonate MN. MN disperses solid particles via electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance to prevent flocculation and agglomeration. MN powder dissolves completely in cold and hot water with no insoluble residue, featuring low air entrainment and high purity. As economical concrete retarding water reducer, MN cuts mixing water, slows cement hydration heat and improves concrete workability. In pesticide, feed and ceramic industries, MN powder acts as dispersant, binder and grinding aid simultaneously. Application Method
Standard dosage controlDosage of MN and MN powder (sodium lignosulfonate MN): 0.25%–0.5% of cement weight for concrete; 1%–4% of powder weight for pesticide dispersion; 0.8%–2% for feed pelleting. Adjust dosage based on viscosity and molding demands for optimal efficiency.
Feeding and dissolving operationMN powder can be added directly in dry form. Pre-dissolving in warm water to prepare stock solution activates the dispersion activity of MN sodium lignosulfonate and ensures even distribution.
Pre-production trial testConduct small-batch trial before mass production due to water quality, raw material hardness and temperature difference, confirm optimal dosage to stabilize MN’s dispersing, retarding and bonding performance.
Storage specificationStore sealed MN powder in dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent damp caking which reduces solubility. Cool dry storage maintains original physical and chemical properties of sodium lignosulfonate MN for long-term use.
