Core Design & Working Principle
This 30TPH model adopts our exclusive three-zone anti-sticking gradient temperature control rotary drum structure. The wet gypsum first enters the pre-dispersion pre-drying zone, where high-speed hot air instantly breaks up sticky gypsum clumps and evaporates most surface moisture, eliminating the material's viscosity in advance to avoid adhesion to the drum wall. Then the material is lifted and scattered by specially designed layered cascading lifting plates in the main high-efficiency heat exchange zone, forming a uniform full-section material curtain that fully contacts with hot air, making the heat exchange efficiency 2.5 times higher than that of traditional single-cylinder dryers. Finally, the material enters the constant-temperature stabilization zone, where internal bound moisture is fully evaporated under precisely controlled temperature to ensure uniform and stable finished product quality. The supporting two-stage cyclone dust collector + pulse bag dust removal system captures more than 99.95% of fine gypsum dust in exhaust gas, achieving zero material loss and fully compliant emission. The built-in flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles over 75% of residual heat from exhaust gas to preheat incoming cold air, further boosting overall thermal efficiency to 81%.
