Industrial Gypsum Drying MachineThis industrial gypsum drying machine is a professional industrial-grade drying equipment developed specifically for various high-moisture gypsum materials, covering desulfurization gypsum from thermal power plants, phosphogypsum from chemical plants, raw gypsum ore and other industrial by-product gypsum. It can stably process raw materials with 25%-40% initial moisture, and the final moisture of the dried finished gypsum can be precisely controlled below 5%, fully meeting the quality requirements of building gypsum, cement retarder, gypsum board raw materials and other high-value products. Core Targeted Design for Gypsum Drying
The machine adopts a patented multi-stage gradient temperature control structure, which strictly controls the internal temperature of the drum within a reasonable range that will not damage the crystal structure of gypsum, avoiding the quality degradation problem caused by overheating in ordinary dryers. The built-in anti-sticking cleaning device automatically scrapes off the gypsum adhered to the drum wall, completely eliminating the common pain point of wet gypsum blocking the equipment, and can run continuously for more than 30 days without manual shutdown for cleaning. The optimized cascading lifting plates disperse the gypsum into a uniform suspended material curtain, making the heat exchange efficiency far higher than that of traditional single-cylinder dryers, and the overall thermal efficiency can reach over 80%.
