Core Energy-Saving Working Principle
The dryer adopts a patented three-cylinder nested insulation structure, which greatly reduces the heat loss of the drum body itself, and the outer surface temperature of the shell is close to the ambient temperature, avoiding a large amount of heat dissipation waste. The internal multi-stage gradient heat exchange zone uses variable-angle anti-sticking lifting plates to disperse the fly ash into a uniform suspended material curtain, making the heat exchange efficiency between the material and hot air 2.5 times higher than that of single-cylinder dryers.
