Core High-Efficiency Working Principle
The plant adopts a patented three-stage gradient temperature control drying process. The wet gypsum first enters the pre-dispersion zone, where the high-speed hot air flow instantly breaks up sticky gypsum clumps and evaporates most of the surface moisture, eliminating the adhesion property of the material in advance to avoid sticking to the drum wall. Then the material is lifted and scattered by the specially designed layered cascading lifting plates in the main high-efficiency heat exchange zone, forming a full-section uniform material curtain that fully contacts with hot air, making the heat exchange efficiency 2.6 times higher than that of single-cylinder dryers. Finally, the material enters the constant-temperature stabilization zone, where the internal bound moisture is fully evaporated under the precisely controlled temperature environment, ensuring the uniform and stable moisture of the finished gypsum. The supporting multi-stage waste heat recovery system recycles more than 78% of the residual heat from the exhaust flue gas to preheat the incoming cold air, further maximizing energy utilization efficiency. The full-sealed negative pressure operation and multi-stage dust removal system achieve zero dust overflow, with the dust recovery rate as high as 99.95%, no material loss and fully compliant emission.
