Core Industrial-Grade Working Principle


The whole plant adopts a fully enclosed negative pressure continuous operation process, which is optimized for the characteristics of light specific gravity, easy flying and easy agglomeration of wet fly ash. After being metered and fed quantitatively, the wet fly ash enters the multi-stage anti-sticking rotary drying host. The built-in distributed variable-angle lifting plates disperse the material into a uniform suspended material curtain, making full contact with the hot air flowing in the same direction to complete efficient heat exchange. The system strictly controls the flow rate of flue gas to avoid fine fly ash being taken away by the air flow. The dried fly ash is directly sent to the finished product silo through the sealed conveying system, and the dust-containing tail gas is purified by a multi-stage dust removal unit composed of a high-efficiency cyclone collector and a pulse bag dust collector, with the dust recovery rate reaching 99.9%, achieving zero material loss and fully meeting national ultra-low emission standards. The supporting flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles more than 75% of the residual heat from the exhaust gas to preheat the combustion-supporting air and raw materials, maximizing energy utilization efficiency.
