This 20 tons per hour industrial-grade fly ash dryer machine is a mature, cost-effective standardized model tailored for small and medium-sized fly ash resource utilization projects. It is perfectly suited for scenarios such as 300,000-ton annual output fly ash processing stations, supporting drying links for small cement admixture production lines, and on-site treatment of wet fly ash stockpiled in small and medium-sized thermal power plants. It can stably process raw wet fly ash with 20%-30% initial moisture, and output dried finished fly ash with final moisture controlled below 1%, fully meeting the national standards for high-quality cement admixture and building material raw materials.
Core Design & Working Principle
This 20TPH model adopts our exclusive three-zone anti-flying and anti-sticking rotary drum structure. The wet fly ash first enters the material guiding pre-drying zone, where it is quickly scattered by the high-speed hot air flow to evaporate most of the surface moisture, eliminating the viscosity of the material in advance to avoid adhesion. Then the material is lifted and scattered by the specially designed lightweight material lifting plates in the main heat exchange zone, forming a uniform suspended material curtain that fully contacts with hot air for efficient heat exchange, avoiding the problem of light fly ash being taken away by the flue gas. Finally, the material enters the constant-temperature deep drying zone to complete the evaporation of internal bound moisture, and is discharged after being slightly cooled. The supporting two-stage cyclone dust collector + bag dust removal system captures more than 99.9% of the fine fly ash dust in the exhaust gas, achieving zero material loss and fully compliant emission.
