High Moisture Coal Dryer Plant

Targeted Working Principle for Ultra-High Moisture Coal
The plant adopts a three-stage anti-blocking gradient drying process specially optimized for high-viscosity, high-moisture coal. First, the wet coal with extremely high water content enters the pre-dispersion crushing zone, where the high-speed rotating dispersion blades instantly break up sticky material clumps that easily form lumps, and the initial surface moisture is quickly evaporated by the high-temperature hot air flow to eliminate the adhesion property of the material in advance. Then the material is sent to the main heat exchange zone, where our patented variable-angle cascading lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the coal to form a uniform, non-sticking full-section material curtain, making every wet coal particle fully contact with the hot air to complete efficient heat and mass transfer. Finally, the material enters the constant-temperature deep drying zone, where the internal bound moisture of the coal is fully evaporated under the controlled stable temperature environment, and the finished product is discharged after being slightly cooled to avoid secondary moisture absorption. The whole system runs in a fully sealed negative pressure state, and the exhaust gas after drying is sent to the multi-stage dust removal and purification system, achieving zero dust overflow and up-to-standard emission.
