This full-series industrial lignite drying equipment is a dedicated large-scale processing solution developed for the unique properties of low-rank lignite, covering modular units for small-scale production and ultra-large integrated lines for 1000+ t/h continuous operation. Core Technical Logic Tailored for Industrial Large-Scale Production
Different from small experimental or civil drying equipment, this industrial-grade system adopts a low-temperature gradient drying process with strict temperature control throughout the whole process. Raw lignite is first sent to the sealed pre-treatment section to break large material blocks and remove impurities, then enters the multi-section rotary drying host. The built-in distributed temperature monitoring modules adjust the heat supply of each independent zone in real time, so that the lignite completes surface water evaporation, internal water migration and final constant-temperature stabilization at a controlled temperature below 270°C, which completely avoids the risk of lignite spontaneous combustion and volatile component loss that easily occurs in high-temperature rapid drying. The supporting closed-circuit hot air circulation system recycles more than 75% of the waste heat from the exhaust flue gas, and the remaining trace heat can be connected to the on-site heating or material preheating pipeline, realizing multi-level cascade utilization of energy. The entire production line operates under micro-negative pressure, no dust leakage, no overflow of volatile gas, fully meeting the strict emission requirements of modern industrial production.

Unmatched continuous operation capability: All core load-bearing components are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy materials, the main transmission system uses a heavy-duty reducer with 20-year design life, and the key vulnerable parts adopt quick-replace structure design. The equipment can run stably 24 hours a day for 330 days a year, and the planned maintenance downtime is less than 7 days throughout the year, which will not disrupt your large-scale industrial production rhythm.
Ultra-low comprehensive operating cost: The optimized internal heat exchange structure makes the overall thermal efficiency reach over 82%, far higher than the 50%-60% level of traditional industrial dryers. Combined with the waste heat recovery system, the unit heat consumption is reduced by 48%, and the power consumption per ton of lignite is controlled below 8kWh. For a 50t/h industrial drying line, it can create an additional annual profit of more than 1.8 million yuan for you.
Full safety protection system: It is equipped with multiple interlocking protection devices including oxygen content monitoring, over-temperature automatic alarm, nitrogen fire suppression and emergency discharge. Even in extreme abnormal working conditions, it can automatically trigger the protection mechanism in milliseconds to eliminate the hidden danger of lignite spontaneous combustion and explosion, ensuring zero major safety accidents during long-term industrial operation.
